CONCRETE, COURTYARD, HOUSING
This is a building located in the Boedo neighborhood, in a typical 8.66m lot which has the peculiarity that its background -towards north- is adjacent to a courtyard abundant with trees, where there is a football school and a small square. Boedo is changing its appearance due to an important increase of family housing produced in last years.
The building has an open ground floor, 5 floors with 4 studio apartments style units each and a sixth floor, where there is a terrace and shared-use rooms, plus a one-bedroom dwelling unit. According to the guidelines of the studio, the whole front is made of concrete. We left the ground floor free of functions, in order to provide public space, air, light and views of the back garden.
